Method involves determination of the geometrical means rotational ellipsoid from the signal delays of reflected signals. The transmitter (S) and the receiver (E) are placed in two focal points of the rotation-ellipsoid respectively. A cone is determined from the double frequencies active in the receiver and the opening angle of the cone lies between the movement direction vector of the receiver and reflection object.
