<p>The device has a deforming device (25) and receiving frames with a carrier that is held at a rail pair. A pressure bolt (17) is guided through a support base of the receiving frames and is received at ends of the carrier. Forces exerted by the deforming device are directly transferred to a rail web so that the hauptic force distribution takes place to directly lock the measuring device in a vertical line of the deforming device to the rails via the pressure bolt.</p>
