Passage (21) is arranged in the position of the smooth outer circumferential radially passing through opposite to the spherical bore. Ball (30) is arranged at a side in spherical bore and accommodated at other side in inner circumferential surface of passage of worm gear (20) corresponding to spherical bore. Control gear has a screwing element (50), which extends from the outer circumferential surface of the worm gear to the inner side of the passage, and its threads correspond to the threads of the passage. A flexible member is arranged in the passage.
