<p>Provided is an antenna unit applicable to a noncontact communication system, by which the sizes of an antenna for noncontact communication can be reduced and communication distance characteristics of the noncontact communication can be improved. In the antenna unit (1), two types of magnetic bodies (22, 23) having different relative magnetic permeabilities in a frequency band used for the noncontact communication are stacked on a substrate (2) whereupon an antenna pattern (21), i.e. the antenna for noncontact communication, is provided. The two types of magnetic bodies (22, 23) are stacked on a plane (2B) of the substrate (2) opposite to a plane (2A) which performs noncontact communication.</p> |
