A color filter conversion apparatus and an organic electroluminescent display apparatus thereof are provided to increase transmittance through a photoresist for a light source produced by an organic light emitting element and to enhance a converting efficiency of a color conversion layer. An organic electroluminescent display apparatus includes a substrate, a first color filter conversion unit(30), a first electrode(41) arranged on the first color filter conversion unit, at least one organic light emitting element(431,433) arranged on the first electrode, and an second electrode(45) arranged on the organic light emitting element. The first color filter conversion unit has at least one color conversion layer(361) arranged on the substrate, and at least one first photoresist(351) and at least one second photoresist(353) which are arranged on the substrate.
