摘要 Friction material installation structure of a clutch disk for an automatic transmission vehicle is provided to increase durability and to well remain the mechanical property of the friction material by separately placing the radially divided friction materials on the clutch disk plate and a core plate. Friction material installation structure of a clutch disk for an automatic transmission vehicle comprises a disk(23) wherein a friction material is attached to a core plate(22) installed in between plates(21). The friction material is equally divided to the radial direction to fix an inner divided friction material(25a) to the both sides of the inner part of the plates. An outer divided friction material(25b) is attached to the both sides of the distal end portion of the core plate. A recessed sill(21') is formed at the attached position of the inner divided friction material of the plate to apply a thick inner divided friction material for prolonging the service life of the friction material.
