<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device capable of damping vibration while preventing a bearing from slipping out in an axial direction and hardly generating creep at a fitting surface between the bearing and a vibration damping member. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration damping member 2 of cylindrical shape formed of a ferromagnetic vibration damping alloy material is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of an outer ring 4 of a ball bearing 1.
