<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device and an optical disk device in which adhesiveness of a laser light source and a heat radiation plate is enhanced, heat of the laser light source is conducted sufficiently to the heat radiation plate and heat radiation can be performed, and temperature of the laser light source can be accurately measured. <P>SOLUTION: The optical pickup device is provided with a laser light source 42, a heat radiation member 41 fixed to the laser light source 42, a wiring member 41 connected to the laser light source 42, and electronic parts provided to the wiring member.
