DATA COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND DATA MANAGEMENT METHOD THEREIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more conveniently deal with data acquired with an image processing apparatus used by a user not so often, than in a conventional technique.

SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus is provided with a job execution control unit 207 for executing jobs; a private box KB for storing files obtained by executing the jobs; and an image file etc. transmitter 212 for transmitting a file owned by a user having logged in the image forming apparatus 2, and stored in the private box KB to another image processing apparatus mainly used by the user if the user is a guest user who mainly uses the other image forming apparatus.
