IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus in which a printed matter of meeting materials can be obtained by simple operation.

SOLUTION: Meeting materials are prestored in a file server 100 by a meeting sponsor, and information for making the user name and the meeting name correspond with the storage place of the meeting materials is registered in an authentication server 200. Upon receiving a user ID and a password from a participant, a multifunction machine 300 requests authentication by delivering them to the authentication server 200 through an LAN 2. When the participant is authenticated, the participant acquires the name of meeting in which the participant is enrolled and the storage place of its materials from the authentication server 200 and then displays a list of meeting names thus acquired on an operating panel 304. A meeting name selection input by the participant is accepted and meeting materials of a selected meeting name are acquired from the storage place in the file server 100 through the LAN 2 and then the acquired meeting materials are printed out.
