<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated composite pipe having excellent pressure-proof strength and ensuring flexibility which a corrugated pipe originally has. <P>SOLUTION: In this corrugated composite pipe, the body part external wall of an inner pipe formed by spirally winding strip synthetic resin is formed with hollow projections made of first synthetic resin and spirally wound at the predetermined pitch with the top parts placed outside, and an outer pipe made of second synthetic resin is formed on the projections to cover the top parts. The outer pipe is provided with reinforcing members to retain the shape of the external wall in a smooth state.
