<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device of an ink-jet recorder which prevents re-adhesion of ink drops to a nozzle surface. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning device comprises a cap 3 which can abut against a nozzle surface 4 in which a nozzle 5 of an ink-jet recording head 34 is opened and covers the nozzle 5, a rotary wiper 6 which is arranged inside the cap 3 and includes a plurality of elastic blades 6a which are provided in the direction intersecting the rotating direction for wiping the nozzle surface 4, an ink absorber 7 contained in the cap 3 in the position opposite to the nozzle 5, and an ink scraper 9 which is arranged in the cap 3 at the side of the ink absorber 7 to contact the elastic blades 6a of the rotary wiper 6 during the rotation and disperse the ink adhering to the elastic blades 6a to the ink absorber 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
