<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle fuel inspection device for detecting and determining whether filled fuel is normal fuel or similar fuel. <P>SOLUTION: The on-vehicle fuel inspection device comprises a fuel chamber disposed between a fuel filling port of a vehicle and a fuel tank, a fuel pump for transporting fuel of the fuel chamber to a specimen sampling cylinder and an auxiliary fuel tank, an analyzing apparatus for analyzing the component of the fuel stored in the fuel chamber, the auxiliary fuel tank for storing the fuel when the fuel is determined to be normal fuel based on the analyzed measured value, the specimen sampling cylinder for sampling the fuel when the fuel is determined not to be normal fuel based on the analyzed measured value, a three-way valve for alternatively transporting the fuel in the fuel chamber to the specimen sampling cylinder or auxiliary fuel tank, a fuel pump for transporting the fuel to a main fuel tank when the fuel in the auxiliary fuel tank is normal, a fuel pump for discharging the fuel to the outside when the fuel in the auxiliary fuel tank is abnormal, and a controller for controlling the device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
