<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber fixing method which has remarkably improved workability in a limited working area, capability of dealing with difference in the number of optical fibers or the space of their arrangement, and easiness of holding optical fibers until the fixation. <P>SOLUTION: Two pins are erected in a housing, with optical fibers arranged in-between.
