PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle action simulation system for easily analyzing and searching the factor of non-matching when an output value showing a vehicle action is not matched with master data. SOLUTION: A vehicle action simulation model used by this device is provided with various calculation parts A1 to A6 for calculating internal calculation values(θt**, Vw**, N**, F1**, F2**, Vso, andα) necessary for calculating the output value(Yr, D) showing the vehicle action by using input data (θs, Pw**, Accp or the like) relating to the action of a vehicle and a vehicle action calculating part A7 for calculating the output value(Yr, D) showing the vehicle action by using the internal calculation value. This vehicle behavior simulation model is provided with switches SW1 to SW6 for changing internal calculation values to arbitrary values(θtz, Vwz, Nz, Fz, Vsoz, andαz) regardless of the internal calculation values calculated by using the input data.
