摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for coating a metal rotor for a fluid machine with a resin in which a resin on the surface of the metal rotor as an insert member is coated by injection molding, and the cracking and peeling of the resin are prevented and the resin-coated metal rotor. SOLUTION: The method for coating the surface of the metal rotor of the fluid machine with the resin by insert molding includes a pre-heating process in which the metal rotor is heated at a predetermined temperature being not lower than 30°C and not exceeding the melt-injection temperature of the resin and an insert molding mold is heated at a predetermined temperature being not lower than 30°C and not exceeding the melt-injection temperature of the resin minus 50°C, an insert molding process for injecting the molten resin while the pre-heated metal rotor is positioned in the pre-heated insert molding mold, a holding process for holding a molding in the mold, and a cooling process in which the insert-molded molding is taken out from the mold and cooled gradually to room temperature.
