PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To injection-mold a plurality of disks at once. SOLUTION: A mold is constituted of a fixed mold 2, which is provided with a plurality of fixing parts equipped with fixed cores 16 and the stampers 23 with a thickness of 0.8-2 mm fixed to the outer peripheral parts of the fixed cores 16 by stamper fixing screws 47, and a movable mold 1 having movable molds, each of which is provided with a movable core 31 of which the surface opposed to each of the stampers 23 is a mirror surface, an outer peripheral ring 33 for including the outer peripheral edge of the movable core 31 and an outer peripheral ring advancing and retreating mechanism 34 for allowing the outer peripheral ring 33 to advance and retreat in the direction of the fixed mold 2, provided thereto corresponding to a plurality of the fixing parts. The outer peripheral rings 33 are brought into contact with the outer peripheral parts of the stampers 23 at the time of mold clamping to be pressed thereto and a cavities are formed by the outer peripheral rings 33, the stampers 23 and the movable cores 31 to injection-mold a plurality of the disks at the same time by one injection of a molten resin.
