PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficiency-stable and highly reliable scroll compressor by operating so that a back pressure partition belt is quickly pressed to a turning end plate back face in a stable state just after starting. SOLUTION: Lubricating oil of pressure equal to delivery pressure of a compression mechanism acting on the central side of a back face of a turning end plate, is made to act between abutting surfaces of an inner diameter side surface and a storage part bottom surface of the back pressure partition belt by storing the back pressure partition belt in a cylindrical storage part. The back pressure partition belt quickly floats from the storage part just after starting, and is pressed to the back face and a storage part outer peripheral side surface of the turning end plate, and sealing is secured, and back pressure is stabilized, and the highly reliable and efficiency stable scroll compressor can be provided.
