PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus which is used outside even in the rainy weather, wherein foreign materials are prevented from getting in the apparatus, and failures of electrical parts are prevented by cooling the electrical parts disposed in the apparatus and the atmosphere of the apparatus efficiently and reliably. SOLUTION: The endoscope apparatus is equipped with an endoscope and a main body 3 of the apparatus in which a board 60 and a CPU 61 generating heat by the driving of the endoscope are disposed in a hermetic space 100 blocked by an outer casing body 50 and is characterized by fans 41, 42 which release heat of the board 60 and the CPU 61 into the hermetic space 100 by making the atmosphere in the hermetic space 100 flow in a convective manner by supplying air and/or transfer the heat in the atmosphere in the hermetic space 100 to the outer casing body 50 in the hermetic space 100.
