PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiberboard that captures formaldehyde efficiently. SOLUTION: A mat formed by papermaking technique is subjected to heat pressing to obtain a board-like molded product. While the board-like molded product is heated, a solution of a formaldehyde capturing agent is sprayed on the rear surface on which the meshes of a wire gauze used in the papermaking technique is transferred.
