PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raising seedling pot enabling easy confirmation of the condition of sprouting, the wet condition of soil in the pot and the existence and nonexistence of pests in the case of raising seedlings of vegetables and flowers and trees, and to provide a seedling bed as the aggregate of the pot. SOLUTION: This raising seedling pot has a cylindrical side wall with an opened upper end, a plurality of row grooves recessed in the inner direction and continuously vertically extending to the side wall, and a bottom wall which has an inclined surface whose central part becomes recessed in the inner direction and a plurality of drainage grooves which extend from the lower end of the side wall to the vicinity of the inclined surface. The raising seedling pot is composed of the two raising seedling pots which are obtained by superposing the raising seedling pot made of a transparent plastic material in the inside on the raising seedling pot made of an opaque plastic material in the outside through matching the positions of the row grooves each of the raising seedling pots.
