A shower head is provided to enable a user to insert his hand into a band of the shower head to use the shower head conveniently by installing a band for back of hand and a finger band on the rear of the body thereof. The shower head includes a body, a water discharge cap(300) and a band(240,250). The body of the shower head is connected to a general faucet via a connection pipe to enable a user to use hot water and cool water. The water discharge cap(300) is coupled on the front of the body of the shower head, and discharges water through plural water discharge holes(310). The band(240,250) is installed on the rear of the body of the shower head to enable a user to insert his hand therein. The band consists of a band for back of a hand(240).
