An installation structure of a radiating cover for a vacuum cleaner is provided to exchange only broken components by separating and combining the radiating cove and a blower through a screw. An installation structure of a radiating cover(160) for a vacuum cleaner comprises: a blower for sucking air; a circuit unit(162) controlling the blower; and the radiating cover formed with the circuit unit to radiate heat generated from the circuit unit, and detachably combined at one side of the blower with a screw. The radiating cover is mounted at the part of the blower in which air is sucked. The blower is composed of an impeller sucking air by rotating; and an impeller cover(152) for covering the impeller. Threads(154,164) are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the impeller cover, and on the inner peripheral surface of the radiating cover tooth- engaged with the thread of the impeller cover.
