<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of reducing hanging up of couplings to suppress cost increase. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming apparatus has an attachment/detachment member (1) which supports a driven member (Rd) to be rotary-driven and is attachable/detachable to/from the image forming apparatus main body (U1), a driven side coupling (11) having a driven transmission part (11b) which drives the driven member (Rd), a drive side coupling (16) having a drive transmission part (16c) engaged with the driven transmission part (11b) to transmit drive force and engaged with the driven side coupling (11) when the attachment/detachment member (1) is attached, a driven transmission part constituted of a engagement projection part (11b) in the projected shape, the drive transmission part constituted of an engagement recessed part (16c) and the engagement recessed part (16c) in which the outer shape of an edge (16d) in the direction of rotation of the coupling is formed in the shape different from the outer shape of an edge (26) of the direction of rotation of the coupling of the engagement projected part (11b). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
