PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor device installing structure of a hybrid vehicle capable of connecting a motor device with an engine without subjecting the cylinder block etc. of the engine to a large scale modification. SOLUTION: An oil pump 20 is installed between a torque converter 3 and a transmission device 6 for running, and a transmitting member 21 is installed to transmit the power of the casing of the torque converter 3 to the oil pump 20. The motor device 17 is installed closely to the engine, and transmitting mechanisms 22, 23, 28 are connected to the part covering the input/output shafts 15a of the transmitting member 21 and the motor device 17.
