<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multimedia data processor, a multimedia data processing method and a multimedia data processing program for easily preparing multimedia data. <P>SOLUTION: An exchange object image designating part 22 detects an image included in multimedia template data selected in response to a distribution request (URL) of multimedia data from a client terminal 12, and designates an exchange object image to be exchanged with an image for distribution from among the detected images. A multimedia data preparing part 26 exchanges the exchange object image with a processed image for distribution processed by a data capacity adjusting part 24 to prepare multimedia data for distribution. A multimedia data converting part 30 converts multimedia data based on the model of the client terminal 12 identified by a client terminal identifying part 28.
