PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interleaving method, an interleaving device and a de-interleaving method in which cyclic interleaving is performed without adding another memory. SOLUTION: In a device for performing symbol interleaving, tone interleaving and cyclic interleaving in data transmission, a memory includes N data banks 500, each of the data banks 500 includes M storage spaces, there are D pieces of data to be interleaved and on a data bank 500 corresponding to the reminders obtained by dividing a data number A with a value obtained by dividing the number D of pieces of data with the number M of the storage spaces, data are recorded in a storage space corresponding to a quotient obtained by dividing a data number A with a value dividing the number D of the pieces of data with the number M of storage spaces.
