PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera module which can cut off electromagnetic radiation noise and can be downsized. SOLUTION: A camera module 1 is provided with: a lens group 2; an imaging element 4 on which light from the lens group 2 forms an image; a main substrate 5 whereon the imaging element 4 is provided; a non-conductive exterior case 6 covering the circuit board 5; and a shield plate 25 which is buried in the exterior case 6 for shielding the main substrate 5.
