PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce or prevent overflow of transmission data even if the data transmission speed of a radio network is lower or the same than or as the data transmission speed of an in-vehicle LAN. SOLUTION: This gateway apparatus 2 selects previously designated on-vehicle apparatus classified data to be transmitted a data collecting apparatus 1 in all the on-vehicle apparatus classified data to be received, and transmits only the selected on-vehicle apparatus classified data to the apparatus 1. Further, the apparatus 2 compares the on-vehicle apparatus classified data accumulated with on-vehicle apparatus classified data newly received, and transmits only the on-vehicle apparatus classified data in which a change is recognized. Still further, the apparatus 2 regularly transmits the on-vehicle apparatus classified data accumulated in accordance with a previously set transmission interval.
