PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful curable composition which has a wide range of applications such as sealants, adhesives and coatings, which cures by means of a moisture in the atmosphere or the like to thereby become a rubbery elastic body excellent in especially the weatherability while maintaining the good workability and the physical properties after the cure, and which prevents the surface pollution due to the adsorption of dusts by inhibiting the plasticizer migration to the coating applied on the surface of a cured product even at the time of an elevated temperature in summer, needless to say at the time of an ordinary temperature. SOLUTION: The curable composition comprises a crosslinkable silyl group-containing resin, a photoreactive acrylic and/or methacrylic polymer and a curing catalyst. The photoreactive acrylic and/or methacrylic polymer of a polymerizable unsaturated group-containing acrylic and/or methacrylic polymer is obtained by radically polymerizing an ethylenically unsaturated compound consisting mainly of an acryl- and/or methacryl-based monomer at 50°C-300°C and has a number-average molecular weight of 500-50,000, a Tg of 0°C or lower and a viscosity at 25°C of 100,000 mPa s or less.
