PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow device by which a stiffened neck caused by lying can be treated. SOLUTION: Grooves 2 are formed in both the sides of a base body 1 individually. A belt 3 of an endless type (of an elongated oval type) is arranged in the grooves 2. The belt 3 can forwardly and rearwardly travel by the driving force of a motor (not shown). That is, the motor is arranged in a recessed portion formed in the center portion of the base body 1. A gear 4 secured to the output shaft of the motor meshes with teeth formed in the belt 3. Accordingly, the belt 3 travels along an elongated oval track by the rotation of the motor. The pillow of a person who is laying while putting his or her head (neck) on the pillow 5 is moved in an arrow direction. Consequently, force extending the head (neck) acts on the head (neck).
