PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform thinning in an imaging apparatus provided with a solid detector, an exposure light source part for read and a preexposure light source part. SOLUTION: The exposure light source part 20 for read arranged on the back surface of the solid detector 10 is provided with an EL light emitting part and is turned to a planar light source which is transmissive for preexposure light. The preexposure light source part 30 arranged on the back surface of the exposure light source part 20 for read is turned to a planar light source for which an LED chip array 32 is arranged in a planar shape. Both of the exposure light source part 20 for read and the preexposure light source part 30 do not need a mechanical mechanism. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
