PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-processing device for food dough ensuring transfer of food dough to a next-stage wire mesh conveyor without causing adhesion on an upper wire mesh conveyor. SOLUTION: The device has the following structure: a plurality of stages of wire mesh conveyors 3 are set in a hot air drying chamber 2; pressing a transfer conveyor 5 to the upper-stage wire mesh conveyor 3 to come in closely contact to each other; subjecting the food dough placed on the wire mesh conveyors 3 in the heat processing chamber 2 to heat treatment while sequentially transferring the food dough to the next-stage wire mesh conveyor 3 from the upper stage wire mesh conveyor 3 via the transferring conveyor 5; spouting air from an air spouting opening 6 formed at the inside of the wire mesh conveyor 3 toward the wire mesh conveyor 3 so as to make rice confectionery dough 7 adhering to the outside of the wire mesh conveyor 3 to put it back to a missing part for the rice confectionery dough 7 on the transferring conveyor 5 and/or on the next-stage wire mesh conveyor 3.
