A cargo screen apparatus for a vehicle is provided to wind or release a screen on and from a winding roll by bringing the bottom surface of the screen into contact with a screen support and guiding the screen without deflection. A cargo screen apparatus for a vehicle includes a screen housing(20), a winding roll(50), a screen(10), a screen support(60), a screen holder(30), and a knob. An opening slit is formed in the screen housing. The winding roll receives a resilient rotational force in the interior of the screen housing and can be rotated in both directions. The screen is wound on the winding roll and is drawn to the outside of the screen housing to cover an intended portion. The screen support supports the bottom surface of the screen to smoothly insert and draw the screen into and from the screen housing. The screen holder is engaged with the tip end of the screen. The knob is installed in the screen holder.
