A torque measuring device inspection apparatus is provided to more simply inspect the torque measuring device by electronically displaying compared measured torque values semi-automatically through an electronic torque measuring device. A torque measuring device inspection apparatus includes a frame(1), a movable table(3) installed to move in three-axes directions orthogonal to each other with respect to the frame, a master torque cell(7) inserted into a socket of the torque measuring device fixed to the movable table, a servo-motor(9) to provide rotation force to the master torque cell, a power transmission unit to reduce and transmit the rotation force of the servo-motor to the master torque cell, a controller(11) to control the servo-motor, and a display(13) to display torque values measured by the master torque cell. The master torque cell has a rotation shaft vertical to the movable table and a free end installed toward the movable table. The power transmission unit includes a worm-type reducer(19) to reduce an output of the servo-motor and a harmonic reducer to reduce an output of the worm-type reducer. The master torque cell has a rotation shaft parallel to the movable table.
