A wireless communication device and a system booting method thereof are provided to enable a control unit to load at least one program code from the first storage unit to the second storage unit and boot an application by executing at least one program code, thereby further reducing a booting time and improving convenience. A wireless communication device comprises the followings: the first storage unit(7) which includes a plurality of separate storage areas each corresponding to a plurality of program codes; the second storage unit(8) which is used to execute the plurality of program codes; an operating unit(2) which issues instructions for turning on power and booting an application; and a control unit(6) which loads at least one program code, required to boot the application, from the first storage unit(7) to the second storage unit(8) when receiving the instruction from the operating unit(2), and executes at least one program code for booting the application to boot the application.
