A jig for assembling a vehicle body panel is provided to cut down expenses, to reduce assembling hours, and to increase productivity by performing the main hemming process of an outer panel without pre-hemming. A jig includes a support(10), a support bar(20) fixed on the support, a lower fixing block(30) installed on the support bar, an upper turning block(40) turned and combined with a fixing block bracket(31) by a hinge and spaced up from the lower fixing block, a panel support block(50) fixed to the lower fixing block and the upper turning block to support an outer panel(3), a turning block actuator(60) connecting the lower fixing block to the upper turning block and forcibly turning the upper turning block, and a panel opening actuator(70) turned and installed in the upper turning block and selectively combined with a flange(31) of the outer panel to forcibly pull the flange. A seating surface(51) is formed in the panel support block and partly contacted to an outside of the outer panel.
