<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer film capable of sticking appropriately an anchor coating agent for improving adhesiveness of an ultraviolet curing ink used for decoration onto an object to be decorated, and to provide a method for decorating a synthetic resin molded body. <P>SOLUTION: On a substrate formed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin material, a release layer, and the anchor coating layer for the ultraviolet curing ink, which is formed of a two-part curing urethane resin and on which a design is printed by an ultraviolet curing inkjet printer, are successively provided.
