<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel for a vehicle and its manufacturing method capable of preventing depression of a door part by external force and maintaining deployment property of a door part well even if a tear line position is deviated. <P>SOLUTION: In the instrument panel 1 for the vehicle, a lid part 22 of a case 21 of an airbag device 20 is contacted/mounted, the frame-like tear lines 12a, 13e, 22c are provided on a base material layer 13', a skin layer 12' and the lid part 22 of the case 21 of the airbag device 20 respectively and inner sides of the tear lines 12a, 13e, 22c are made to a door part 11a for airbag deployment. These tear lines 12a, 13e, 22c are provided such that the tear line 13e of the base material layer 13' is positioned at the inner side of the tear line 12a of the skin layer 12' and the tear line 22c of the lid part 22 is positioned at the inner side of the tear line 13e of the base material layer 13'. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
