<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling station system that eliminates the need for time and effort to input information, also eliminates the need to always manage a large amount of customer information on the filling station side, and makes it possible to exert appropriate control using customer information. <P>SOLUTION: The filling station system according to the invention has in a filling station a POS terminal 20 and a charging device 10 provided for each filling point, and has a customer information management center 50 located away from the filling station. The customer information management center 50 delivers customer data, namely specific-customer data associated with service information and the identification code of a specific customer which satisfies given specific-customer conditions, to the POS terminal 20, and stores it in a specific-customer data storage section 22.
