<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately keep the brightness of the image of a subject when imaging a subject located at a long distance from an imaging device or a subject located at a short distance from the imaging device by using an illuminator. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging part 28 images the subject through a diaphragm part 32 and a lens 30 provided on an optical path from the subject to a camera main body 102. A distance information acquiring part 48 acquires distance information showing a distance to the subject from a lens 104. A first information arithmetic part 48 obtains the diaphragm value of the diaphragm part 32 by using the distance information. A diaphragm decision part 48 decides a diaphragm value obtained by the first information arithmetic part 48 as the diaphragm value of the diaphragm part 32 when imaging the subject by using the illuminator 106 irradiating the subject with irradiating light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
