<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel having a structure which can effectively and stably repair a defective pixel by irradiating with laser light. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is the liquid crystal panel which comprises a first substrate where pixels of a plurality of colors are arranged, a second substrate, and liquid crystal held between the first substrate and second substrate, and is characterized in that at least some of pixels of the color with the highest spectral luminous efficiency among the pixels of the plurality of colors each has a recessed portion formed on a surface of at least the first or second substrate which comes into contact with the liquid crystal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
