<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel processing technique for efficiently processing a shaft end part separated from a metallic plate material in a desired shape when progressively processing a variable blade in a VGS type turbocharger. <P>SOLUTION: This invention comprises a blank preparing process of blanking a blank W being a prototype of the variable blade 1, a molding process of sandwiching and forming the blank W in a desired shape by opposed molds, a trim process of cutting off a non-product part projected from a product part in the molding process, and a cutting process of mainly cutting a shaft part 12 of the blank W in a near net shape state after trimming; and is characterized by cutting and removing a shaft end surface in the cutting process thereafter on sagging deformation formed in the shaft end part, by separating the blank W from a strip material S in the length of adding this sagging dimension to the actual shaft length, by anticipating the sagging deformation of the shaft end part of the variable blade 1 in the trimming process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
