<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which can stably use an electrostatic atomizer for a long time, also can spread mist generated from the electrostatic atomizer without diminishing its amount, further does not require a water supply for the electrostatic atomizer, and further can prevent electrostatic charge and fouling of a radiation fin of the electrostatic atomizer. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioner has a ventilation fan 4 in a body case 1a, a dust-collecting filter 5 and a deodorizing filter 6 which are arranged in the drawing side of an air stream of the ventilation fan 4, and the electrostatic atomizer 10 which is arranged in the discharging side of the air stream of the ventilation fan 4. The electrostatic atomizer 10 has an atomizer electrode 11 arranged near a discharging opening 3, a cooling means 12 for cooling the atomizer electrode 11, a radiation fin 13 for radiating heat generated by the cooling means 12, and a voltage applying part for applying a high voltage to the atomizer electrode 11 to electrostatically atomizing water dew condensing on the atomizer electrode 11. Mist generated by electrostatic atomization is discharged from the discharging opening 3, and also the radiation fin 13 is arranged in a ventilation pathway of the ventilation fan 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
