PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact, low-power consumption, and differential-output temperature detection circuit of ratiometric operation to a power supply voltage in which error in detection temperature do not occur even in the case of the presence of variations in GND potential. SOLUTION: The temperature detection circuit comprises a potential dividing circuit for dividing a power supply voltage, an OP amplifier for inputting a partial voltage of the potential dividing circuit, a first resistor for temperature detection connected between one input terminal and an output terminal of the OP amplifier, and a second resistor for temperature detection connected to the other input terminal of the OP amplifier to be impressed with the same voltage as the partial voltage of the potential dividing circuit. The temperature detection circuit outputs an electrical potential difference of the first resistor for temperature detection as a voltage for temperature detection. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
