PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for storing and pushing out a flowable substance which works simply and with high reliability. SOLUTION: The device for storing and pushing out a flowable substance (A) comprises a charging unit (13) for a supplying tool (14), wherein the charging unit has a pot type insert (15) for a holder (17). The holder can be loaded with a pressure along the axial direction to push out the flowable substance from a holder room (12) through an opening (20A) formed around the insert into a charging unit room (16), thereby to charge the substance in the supplying tool positioned at right angles to the axis of the insert.
