PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability and durability by reducing the influence of a twist on an installation side as well as to disperse and reduce the vibration and impact from the installation side. SOLUTION: A frame body 2 for fixing a module laminating cells is arranged around a supporting holder 3 in which a supporting shaft 5 is mounted on the center part through a bearing 4 to support the frame body 2 and the supporting holder 3. This narrows the input of vibration, impact, twist or the like from the installation side, enabling the frame body 2 allocating a plurality of cells with heavy load to relatively displace against the installation side, resulting in effective dispersion and reduction of vibration and impact. Especially, in an in-vehicle installation case, vibration and impact input through a vehicle body is dispersed and reduced as well as the influence of twist worked on the vehicle body is reduced, thus enabling stable power supply.
