PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a long service life of battery characteristics and environmental proof performance by suppressing intrusion of moisture into a battery in a coin-type lithium battery. SOLUTION: In this coin-type lithium battery provided with a positive electrode, a negative electrode, an electrolyte and a gasket, the gasket is a tetrafluoroethylene perfluoro alkyl vinyl ether copolymer (PFA), and its surface's wet tension is -10.0 mN/m or more.
