PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately determine necessity of a manner mode in a portable communication terminal, and provide a structure which establishes the manner mode. SOLUTION: The portable communication terminal is provided with: a voice output unit with a voice output function; and a radio receiving unit which receives a manner mode signal which recommends restriction of the voice output function, and is constituted so as to establish or cancel the manner mode on the basis of a number of receiving times of the received manner mode signal by the radio receiving unit.
