PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient priority control over memory access by a memory controller in a computer system in which a plurality of processing units share a single or a plurality of memories. SOLUTION: The memory controller has a reorderable memory access command issue queue and a priority address setting register inside.
